MAG D3 Tablet 10's is a vitamin and mineral supplement used to strengthen bones and promote muscle, bone growth and development. MAG D3 Tablet 10's also eases muscle tension, and cramps and helps muscles to relax. MAG D3 Tablet 10's is also used to amplify immunity and improve mental health. Osteoarthritis and osteoporosis are diseases of the bone that render the bones weak and brittle. 

MAG D3 Tablet 10's contains Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) and Magnesium. MAG D3 Tablet 10's strengthens bones, muscles and joints by helping with the absorption of calcium and facilitating the binding of calcium to bones. MAG D3 Tablet 10's alleviates joint and muscle pain by relaxing muscles and relieving them of excess contraction. 

MAG D3 Tablet 10's may be taken with or without food. It should be swallowed as a whole with water. Do not chew, crush or break it. MAG D3 Tablet 10's does not generally cause any side effects. In rare cases, MAG D3 Tablet 10's may cause side effects such as mild loss of appetite, nausea and fatigue. Most of these adverse effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if these side effects persist. 

It is advisable to inform the doctor if you are allergic to any of its components. Keep your doctor informed if you suffer from kidney problems, diabetes, phenylketonuria, bleeding disorders, high levels of blood potassium and or calcium, or if you have been immobilised for some time. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
